A rich and creamy dessert that combines a fudgy brownie base topped with a smooth cream cheese layer and drizzled with caramel sauce.

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, using the melted butter and water. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  3. Create the cream cheese mixture by beating together cream cheese, granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are slightly puffed.
  6. Let the cheesecake cool in the pan.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with chocolate shavings and whipped cream. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
