A decadent delight featuring rich brownie layers and a luscious cheesecake made with cream cheese and caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 cup prepared brownie batter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and pour half into the prepared pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Fold in caramel sauce and chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture and pour over the brownie layer.
  5. Spoon the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer, swirling to create marbled patterns.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

Serve with extra caramel sauce or whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
