A delightful combination of fudgy brownie and creamy cheesecake, drizzled with luscious caramel.

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan, ensuring it’s well-coated to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Once well mixed, pour this fudgy goodness into the bottom of the springform pan, spreading it out evenly.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate mixing bowl until it’s wonderfully smooth.
  4. Add the eggs into the cream cheese mixture one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  7. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the pan for a bit, then drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with chocolate shavings and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smooth filling. Leftover cheesecake lasts 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
