A rich and creamy cheesecake with a delicious caramel drizzle and tender chunks of apple, capturing the warmth of fall in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the chopped apples.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top using a spatula.
  8. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top of the batter.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggles.
  10. Let the cheesecake cool before removing it from the springform pan.
  11. Serve with additional caramel sauce, if desired.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature for best results. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
