Delicious cheesecake bars featuring spiced apples and caramel, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top and swirl into the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  9. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
