Deliciously creamy cheesecake bars layered with spiced apples and drizzled with caramel, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped apples (about 2 medium apples)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Fold in chopped apples and cinnamon into the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth into an even layer.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set, then cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled and drizzle with additional caramel if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. For variations, substitute different apples or add nuts.
