Delicious pastry bites filled with tender apples, luscious caramel, and coated with sugary cinnamon crust.

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the softened butter and milk to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Take a small piece of dough and flatten it in your palm. Place a small spoonful of diced apples and a drizzle of caramel sauce in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over to seal and form a ball, ensuring no filling escapes.
  6. Roll each dough ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
