Decadent brownies packed with chunks of your favorite candy bars, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped candy bars (e.g., Snickers, Milky Way, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter, then stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped candy bars and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the prepared batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week. For a fudgier brownie, stick to the lower baking time.
