A satisfying and customizable burger bowl featuring seasoned ground beef and fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup pickles (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or your favorite dressing (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the veggies by chopping the lettuce, cucumber, and onions, and halving the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Assemble the bowls by placing a base of chopped lettuce in each bowl.
  4. Layer with the cooked ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado. Add cheese or pickles if desired.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil or dressing before serving. Enjoy!
