A rich and buttery Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake that melts in your mouth, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour the Bundt pan.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Mix the flour mixture and sour cream alternately into the butter mixture, starting and ending with flour.
  6. Incorporate the chocolate chips gently into the batter.
  7. Transfer the batter to the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
