  • 1 head cauliflower, riced
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the riced cauliflower, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
