Crispy and spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, a perfect crowd-pleaser for gatherings and a healthy alternative to chicken wings.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Create the batter by combining flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Coat each cauliflower floret in the batter, ensuring it’s fully covered, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and starting to brown.
  5. Prepare the buffalo sauce mixture by mixing buffalo sauce and olive oil in a small bowl. After 20 minutes, remove cauliflower and brush the mixture over the bites.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Double the recipe for larger gatherings. Adjust spices to taste preferences.
