A creamy dip that transforms the rich, fudgy flavor of brownies into a delightful treat, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (about 18.4 oz, fudge variety preferred)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 34 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or Nutella (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by allowing it to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until it’s smooth and creamy in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the dry brownie mix and beat until fully combined and thick.
  4. Incorporate the milk one tablespoon at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until completely incorporated and silky smooth.
  6. Add optional mini chocolate chips and peanut butter or Nutella fold in for extra flavor.
  7. Chill the dip in a serving bowl for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust milk based on desired dip consistency. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
