A comforting and creamy casserole that combines broccoli, cheese, and rice for a simple yet delicious meal perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked rice, broccoli florets, shredded cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top if desired.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, allowing to cool slightly before serving.
