A fluffy and delightful Brioche French Toast that transforms any breakfast into a feast with flavors of cinnamon and vanilla.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter for frying
  • Maple syrup for serving
  • Powdered sugar for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  3. Dip each slice of brioche in the egg mixture, soaking for a few seconds on each side.
  4. Place the soaked brioche slices in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Serve warm with maple syrup and powdered sugar if desired.
