Delightful breakfast tacos filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, cheese, and fresh veggies, perfect for any morning.

Ingredients

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil or butter.
  3. Scramble the egg mixture in the skillet until fluffy.
  4. Warm the tortillas in another skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble the tacos with scrambled eggs, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
