  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet: In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the veggies: Add diced onions and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
  3. Whisk the eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
