A delicious and fun breakfast wrap filled with eggs, bacon (or sausage), crispy hash browns, cheese, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Eggs
  • Cooked bacon or sausage
  • Shredded cheese
  • Hash browns
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Seasoning (salt, pepper)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the breakfast ingredients in a pan until cooked through.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  3. Layer the cooked ingredients on the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up to form the Crunchwrap.
  5. Toast the assembled Crunchwrap in a hot pan until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with extra salsa or avocado.

Notes

Customize your wrap with veggies or different cheeses. Store leftovers wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to two days.
