A delightful breakfast sandwich featuring a flaky croissant, scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and crispy bacon, perfect for any morning.

  • 1 large croissant
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar or Swiss)
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon or ham
  • Fresh spinach or arugula (optional)
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the croissant in half and place it in the skillet to toast slightly.
  5. On the bottom half of the croissant, layer the cooked eggs, cheese, bacon, and spinach if using.
  6. Top with the other half of the croissant and press down gently.
