A nostalgic no-bake dessert featuring a creamy layer with fresh blueberries and a buttery graham cracker crust.

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth in another bowl. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread this mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Mix blueberries with lemon juice and gently fold in the blueberry pie filling. Spread the blueberry mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve alongside vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for best quality.
