Blueberry & Rosemary Christmas Ice Cubes

Delightful ice cubes infused with blueberries and rosemary, perfect for adding elegance to festive drinks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Filtered water, boiled and cooled
  • 24 fresh blueberries
  • 12 small rosemary sprigs, rinsed and trimmed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by rinsing the blueberries and patting them dry; wash the rosemary sprigs and trim them.
  2. Fill each compartment of a clean ice cube tray with two blueberries and one rosemary sprig.
  3. Add cooled, boiled water halfway to each mold and freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Top off each mold with more water and freeze until fully solid, about 4–5 hours.
  5. Store the frozen cubes in a freezer-safe container or bag until ready to use.

Notes

These ice cubes can last up to 3 months in the freezer and can also be experimented with by adding other fruits or herbs.
