Delightful layered dessert cups featuring creamy filling and fresh blueberries, perfect for summer occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for layering)

Instructions

  1. Cook the blueberries by combining them with sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the blueberries burst, about 5-7 minutes, then allow to cool.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated for a light texture.
  4. Layer the dessert in serving cups, alternating between graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and blueberry filling until cups are filled.
  5. Chill the dessert cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For a fun twist, use raspberries or strawberries instead of blueberries. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the graham cracker crumbs for extra flavor.
