Instructions

  1. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, mixing generously until well incorporated.
  2. Combine the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Make the Dough: Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the Dough Rise: Place the dough in a warm location, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Prepare the Blueberry Cream Filling: In a separate bowl, blend the blueberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  6. Roll the Dough: Once risen, roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread the blueberry cream mixture evenly.
