A delicious blend of creamy filling and fruity blueberries, topped with a crunchy oat crumble, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Press half into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust and top with blueberries.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the blueberries.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For added flavor, include a sprinkle of cinnamon in the oat topping. Substitute blueberries with other fruits if desired.
