Delicious pastries filled with tangy cream cheese and fresh blueberries, wrapped in flaky puff pastry.

  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares, about 4×4 inches.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square, then top with blueberries.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
