Delightful cookies combining the flavors of blueberry and cheesecake with a unique swirl design.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar, and butter until smooth. Add vanilla and egg, mixing well.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in the blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed without breaking them apart.
  5. Scoop tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for spreading.
  6. Create small swirls in the dough with a toothpick or knife for a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the center is slightly set.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
