Delicious cookies that combine the creamy essence of cheesecake with sweet, tart blueberries.

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
  6. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For longer storage, freeze baked cookies for up to 3 months, layered with parchment paper. Make sure butter and cream cheese are softened for best results.
