Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  3. Pour the blackberry mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  4. Dot the top of your blackberry filling with small pieces of butter.
  5. Cover your pie with another layer of pie crust or leave it open-faced for a rustic presentation.
  6. Place your pie in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, watching for that perfect golden crust and bubbly filling.
  7. Allow your pie to cool on a wire rack before serving.
