  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking your galette to perfection.
  2. Combine the blackberries with sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the pre-made pie crust to your desired thickness on a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Pour the blackberry mixture into the center of the rolled-out pie crust, leaving a border for folding.
  5. Fold the edges of the crust over the filling, creating a rustic look.
