Delicious no-bake Biscoff Cheesecake Cups that are rich, creamy, and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • Additional Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Combine with Biscoff cookie spread and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Layer the crushed Biscoff cookies at the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Add a layer of the cheesecake filling on top of the crushed cookies.
  7. Repeat the layers: crushed Biscoff cookies, followed by cheesecake filling.
  8. Garnish with additional crushed Biscoff cookies and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

These cups can be prepped a day in advance. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
