A fresh and zesty tribute to the iconic Big Mac burger, served in a delicious salad format.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the fresh vegetables by combining chopped lettuce, diced tomato, sliced pickles, shredded cheese, and diced red onion in a large bowl.
  3. Combine the cooked ground beef with the salad mixture, mixing well.
