Delicious and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with sweet strawberry jam, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in the milk and melted butter until combined.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread a generous layer of strawberry jam over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon evenly over the jam.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log from one end.
  8. Cut the log into 1-inch pieces.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Mix the powdered sugar with milk to create a glaze.
  11. Drizzle the glaze over the rolls after baking.
