Ingredients

  • Pork bones
  • Water
  • Soy sauce
  • Mirin
  • Salt
  • Chashu pork
  • Soft-boiled eggs
  • Green onions
  • Noodles
  • Nori (seaweed)
  • Menma (bamboo shoots)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pork bones in a large pot to remove impurities.
  2. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil.
  3. Skim off any scum that forms on the surface.
  4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and salt to the broth, then let it simmer for several hours.
  5. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
