Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for another 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, tossing to coat evenly with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
