Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl to make the marinade.
  3. Marinate the beef cubes and chopped vegetables in the marinade for about 10 minutes.
  4. Assemble the skewers by threading the marinated beef and vegetables onto them, alternating as desired.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is achieved.
  6. Rest the kabobs for a few minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
