Instructions

  1. Firming the beef: Freeze the beef tenderloin for about 1-2 hours until firm but not completely frozen.
  2. Slicing the beef: Thinly slice the beef into paper-thin slices.
  3. Arranging the beef: Arrange the beef slices in a single layer on a plate.
  4. Drizzling with flavors: Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Topping with Parmesan and greens: Top with shaved Parmesan and arugula.
  6. Garnishing and serving: Sprinkle with capers if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
