A simple, no-fuss recipe for a classic dessert featuring layers of caramel, bananas, and cream on a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Grated chocolate (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Create your caramel by placing the unopened can of sweetened condensed milk in boiling water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Spread the caramel generously over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Add sliced ripe bananas on top of the caramel.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  5. Assemble the whipped cream over the bananas gently.
  6. Garnish with grated chocolate on top.
  7. Chill the pie for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For optimal texture and flavor, enjoy within 24 hours of making. If using store-bought caramel, drizzle it over the crust instead of heating the condensed milk.
