  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 3/4 cup water (adjust as needed)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Incorporate the vegetable oil or melted butter and stir until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Pour in the water gradually while mixing to form a soft, non-sticky dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about one minute until smooth.
