A comforting and nostalgic dessert made with layers of creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (5 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (12 ounces) whipped topping
  • 4 cups sliced ripe bananas
  • 1 box (12 ounces) vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions

  1. Whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until smooth.
  2. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  4. Layer half of the vanilla wafer cookies, followed by half of the banana slices, then half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
