A luscious Banana Pudding Cheesecake that combines creamy cheesecake and nostalgic banana pudding flavors.

  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Combine banana pudding, sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture gently.
  5. Prepare the crust by layering crushed graham crackers in a cheesecake pan.
  6. Layer half of the banana mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  7. Add sliced ripe bananas on top, followed by the remaining banana mixture.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
