Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and slice them into thin fries.
  3. Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
