A creamy and cheesy dip made with spinach and artichokes, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights.

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

Make sure to fully drain your spinach; excess water can make the dip too runny.
