Delightful crispy baked cauliflower bites served with a creamy garlic sauce, perfect as an appetizer or healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets. Make sure they’re evenly sized so they cook uniformly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. The oil will help the seasoning adhere and enhance that crispy texture.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake them in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and crisp. Make sure to give them a toss halfway through for that perfect crunch!
  4. While the cauliflower is baking, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and paprika in a bowl. Mix until smooth. This creamy sauce is the perfect dip to complement the crunch of the cauliflower.
  5. Once the cauliflower bites are baked to perfection, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm alongside the garlic sauce for dipping, and watch them disappear!

Notes

Store any leftover cauliflower bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
