Tender and juicy chicken legs marinated in a delicious blend of olive oil, garlic, and smoked paprika for a mouthwatering experience.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken legs in a large bowl or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  6. Place the marinated chicken legs on the baking sheet, spacing them out.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
  8. Allow your chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, pat your chicken legs dry with paper towels before marinating. Marinating overnight yields the best flavor.
