  • 3 cups sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well until fully combined.
  3. Toss the sliced apples with ground cinnamon.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan, then layer the cinnamon-coated apples on top.
  5. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt to form a crumbly topping.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble generously over the apples. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and the crumble is golden brown.
