  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes, if desired.
  7. Serve immediately for maximum crunch!
