Juicy and healthy turkey burgers cooked in an air fryer for a flavor-packed meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Buns and toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties about 4 inches in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use lean turkey for lighter burgers; don’t overmix the patty mixture to avoid toughness. Customize flavors by adding spices or ingredients like zucchini or jalapeños.
