Deliciously seasoned air fryer salmon that is quick, crispy, and flakey. Perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between the fillets.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Add Dijon mustard or brown sugar for flavor variations. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
