A crispy, golden chicken dish with a flavorful Parmesan coating that’s quick and easy to prepare in the air fryer.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it’s fully covered.
  5. Coat each chicken breast in the Parmesan mixture, pressing to adhere.
  6. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
