Crispy, tangy, and perfectly seasoned, these Air Fryer Fried Pickles are an irresistible snack or appetizer that transports your taste buds to summer fairs.

Ingredients

  • Pickles (sliced or whole)
  • Flour
  • Cornmeal
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Dip each pickle into the flour mixture.
  4. Immerse the coated pickles in beaten eggs.
  5. Coat each pickle with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C).
